Who we are
7A Small Loan (“7A”) is a lead generation website operated for RISA Alliance. The main audience is long-haul truck owners who need fuel money or other short trucking cash. We collect the information you type on the form and may email it to the site operator and share it with lending partners. We are not a bank, lender, fuel-card issuer, or credit repair service. We do not originate, fund, service, or guarantee loans, and we do not make credit decisions. We are not the U.S. Small Business Administration and we do not file official SBA 7(a) applications. A 7(a) loan request on this site is a lead, not an SBA filing.
No loan is guaranteed
Submitting the form does not create a loan agreement. It does not guarantee that anyone will contact you, review your request, approve you, or offer a specific amount, APR, fee, or repayment schedule. Any loan is solely between you and the lender that makes the offer, if one does.
Cost of small-dollar credit
Small personal loans can be expensive. Interest, fees, and short repayment windows can make the cost much higher than the amount you receive. Compare alternatives when they are available to you, such as a credit union, employer advance, payment plan, or nonprofit credit counselor. Do not accept an offer you have not read.
Credit inquiries
This website does not pull your credit. A lender you later deal with may run a credit inquiry. That lender decides whether to do so and is responsible for any effect on your credit file.
Phone, text, and email
If you check the consent box and submit the form, you authorize 7A and its lending partners to contact you about this request at the phone number and email you provide, including by live, autodialed, or prerecorded call, text message, and email. Consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts from that sender. You may also tell a caller or writer to stop. We do not control how a partner honors opt-out requests once they have your information.
Eligibility and accuracy
You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner of the phone number and email address you provide.

The site is provided as-is, without warranties. We are not liable for lender decisions, partner conduct, failed contact, or damages beyond the amount you paid 7A to use this form, which is $0. Some states do not allow certain limitation-of-liability terms; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the state where the site operator maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State lending, lead-generation, and privacy rules may also apply to you or to us.
