What we collect
When you submit the form, we collect the fields you enter: name, email, phone, ZIP code, requested amount, purpose, optional trucking-company name, and self-reported credit range. We also receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed from our hosting provider.
Do not submit a Social Security number, bank account number, or government ID on this site. We do not ask for those on this form.
How we use it
We use form data to operate the lead generation service: to email the request to the site operator at dhanasekaran.c@gmail.com, to follow up with you, and to share the request with lending partners who may decide whether to contact you. We use technical logs to host, secure, and debug the site.
Who we share it with
We share submissions with the site operator, Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery), and prospective lending partners. Sharing a lead with a partner is the point of this website. Some privacy laws treat that kind of sharing as a “sale” or “share” of personal information. We do not sell your information on a consumer-data marketplace unrelated to this loan request.
Once a partner receives your information, their privacy policy and contact practices apply. We cannot delete a copy they already have.
Calls, texts, and email
If you consent on the form, 7A and partners may contact you at the phone number and email you provide. You can reply STOP to a text or tell the sender to stop. To ask us not to make new partner introductions from a future submission, email dhanasekaran.c@gmail.com.
Retention
We keep emailed leads and hosting logs as long as needed to handle the request, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting needs, then delete or restrict them when we no longer need them.
Your choices
You may email dhanasekaran.c@gmail.com to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete our copy. If you are a California resident, you may also ask us not to share your information with new lending partners going forward. We will not deny you use of this site for making a privacy request. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
Children
This site is for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top is the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies to new submissions.
